Hi, All, I am new to jmeter. I want to run JMeter on Solaris 8 (where the App Server is) and control it through GUI from my W2K machine. On both machine I had make sure that JMeter_Home/lib/ext/ApacheJMeter_core.jar is in the classpath. I did rmiregistry (on both machine) => jmeter -s (on the app server) => add app server IP to JMeter host file on W2k => do jmeter.bat on W2k.
When I tried to start the test plan remotely from W2k using the "Remote Start" feature, I can see the new IP I added. But click it bring me no response - the top-right box that suppose to show green light showed nothing and waited a while still nothing. Any suggestions? Did I set it up right?
