With VPN on, can you get to this page with your browser(No proxy) ? VPN clients have an option to disallow access to the local network when they are connected to the VPN. This option is used by administrators (enforced by the VPN endpoint, so user settings are overridden) to minimize the risk of having a PC route from an untrusted network into the VPN.
