There appears to be no counter example in the distribution. I can not, for the life of
me or anyone on the team, get this to work. It starts at 1 and goes to 9999 with an
increment of 1 and a name of suffix. I have a user creation screen and I have a userID
field where i set the http parameter value to bob${suffix}. It is always userID=bob1.
It never changes past 1.
I have put the Counter controller everywhere I can think of and nothing changes.
