I'm struggling a bit still after reading 14.3, so hang in there a bit more.

So ....when I create a new test plan I would create a user defined variable
called something like MY_HOST and give it a value with the name of my
server, such as www.MY_TEST_SERVER_1.com.   Then on my HTTP Request Sampler
I would put ${MY_HOST}.  Then if I wanted to change servers I would change
the value of MY_HOST to another server, such as www.MY_TEST_SERVER_2.com?
