Wouldn't I have to do the same thing in the proxy server? (I mean, I would still have
to define the name/value pairs there too, right?)

Sorry if my questions are stupid, I am trying to learn and use this very fast.

The easiest way to capture the post data is to use the HTTPProxyServer. See
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/component_reference.html#HTTP_Proxy_Server.

Hi,
I have a problem, please help me with this. I have the submit button as a gif,
and am using post. How would I convert this into a name/value pair? I am using
post. Also, the action on the submit is something like this:
/ProjX/servlet/saveAction?token="+document.x.y.value.

So, how would I be able to simulate this action?

Thanks a lot.
Sasipriya
