I'm trying to get the proxy working with 1.8.1. I add a http proxy to the workbench, I add a simple controller and set the proxy up on 8081. On another machine I setup the jmeter box as the proxy. I make a request and its does goo through jmeter (if I stop the proxy I get a browser error). I do not get ANY http request nodes created on the simple controller. Can anyone help me as to what Im doing wrong as I think I am following the docs ok.
