A single loop through the test isn't going to give you steady, predictable results. Too many things can affect it - garbage collection in jmeter, thread synchronization hicchups, daemon processes on your server, etc. And the min and max are going to be fairly random anyway. Try several more loops to let the average settle down before repeating this experiment.
