Well I looked at the jmeter log and it shows http code 500 = Internal Server
Error. I am currently searching for a way to solve this. 
The correct cookies are being requested as far as I can tell. I dealt with
cookie issues earlier this week. Headers were recorded from successful
manual logins, so I don't think they are the issue.

Might be worth trying a recent nightly - see below.

You could make do with one at the top level.
Easier to disable it for performance tests.

Perhaps you are not sending the correct cookies or other headers.
I think these will be shown in the Debug log; if not, a recent nightly will
show them.
