Test stops executing, green light still on

All,
 
When running a load test it seems to just stop generating requests.
 
The green light is still on in the GUI but no new threads are created,
and I guess the ones that were running at the time just stop.
 
Has anyone else experienced this? If so what did u do to resolve it?
