Try next:
For 1st request insert /post-processing/RegEx extraction (I've writed from mind).
Give name of variable: myvar.
Input next regex:
AppContext" value="([^"]+)"
Input template (or group): $1$
Than, in next and maybe other requests, put in parameters list next parameter:
name it AppContext
at "value" input ${myvar}
It must work!
