Perhaps, or perhaps you were just unlucky.

This is a problem in non-Java code - perhaps in a Windows DLL or similar. 
Or it could be a problem in the way the JVM is using the native code.
[The PC address does not seem to be in any of the DLLs shown in the list, so
perhaps a return address got mangled. Buffer overflow perhaps?]

Either way, it is not a problem in Java code.

As JMeter is pure Java (unless you've added some JNI), it is not a problem
with JMeter per se.

Trying another version of the JVM and/or updating Windows DLLs or slightly
changing the test plan may stop it happening again.

On the other hand, if it can be reproduced at will, and you are using the
latest software, the vendors might perhaps be interested in using it as a
test case...!
