Hi,
I am using Jmeter 2.0.1 - Unix version. I am running my load test on Solaris , which has 512 MB RAM . I was getting OutofMemory error, despite increasing the heap size.
I am running it in non-gui mode and writing the ouput to log file. However If I increase the evacuation ratio, I do not face this problem. Is it okay to have an evauation ratio as high as 90%?
Will that cause any problem?
Also I see that Garbage Collection kicks in very often. How do I minimize this? I have changed only
the Heap size to 512M and New to 256M in the jmeter config file. The other values are the default ones.
I find the number of requests very less.
There are no other applications running on my test server other than jmeter.
Pls. let me know if anyone can help me out.

Thks,
-Deepa

No.

The purpose of the Save Responses test element is to be able to check
that the correct data is being downloaded.
