Hey, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately it is the logfile part that is not so self explanatory to me. Is that the path to the access log on the server or the log for the test that's run after Jmeter parses the access log? I guess I haven't really comprehended how the sampler gets at the access log.

However, it hasn't been released officially yet either... I'd be happy to help out. Here's a brief how-to: Add the Access Log Sampler to your test plan normally, like any other sampler. Input the host name of the server you'll be testing against (this let's you test against a server other than the one the log came from) Ditto the port value Parse Images: I'd leave it false - your log file probably has all the image requests anyway Parser: There's only one, and it supports most standard access log formats (ie, not just Tomcat, I know it works fine with Resin's access log too) Filter: If in doubt, choose the SessionFilter - it will preserve session across requests that come from the same ip address. If you don't need sessions preserved or many of your users come through a proxy, then you either don't need it or you have a problem Log File: hopefully self-explanatory.
