Yes, I would like to create a test plan, not starting from scratch but 
using/combining components shared in a dev-team.

More it would be nice if the change made to a component are automatically 
replayed to the test plan that use it.

Component mean a part of a test plan, the same I can save in a file with the 
right-click.
