Out of memory error

Hi All,

Jmeter gives  though have increased my heap size to HEAP="-Xms512m -Xmx1024m"

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread
        at java.lang.Thread.start(Native Method)
        at org.apache.jmeter.protocol.http.proxy.Daemon.run(Daemon.java:190)

Any feedback would be of great help.
