This can mean a number of things. A) The jar with the driver isn't appearing in JMeter's classpath. The jar file should be in JMeter's /lib directory to get picked up. And I don't think JMeter picks up *.zip files.
B) Your connection string is wrong (though it looks well-formed to me) - JMeter can't find a suitable driver for a db it can't find, and often you get this same error in that event.
