But you *can* combine groups in the Regex output variable.

Try setting:

RE: 

Template: name=$1$&id=$2$

You then need to tell the HTTP Sampler not to encode the parameters
nor add the equals, as you have already done it.

If that does not work, try:

Template: $1$&id=$2$

and add "name" as a parameter, value from the resultvar, no encoding.
