No I have not, how and where should this be done? And doesn't jmeter
automatically set a pointer to the next value in the user file is under
a thread group?
I simply have 2 variable in my user parameter file. UserNamehas the
{_CSVRead(<path>,0)} and Password has the {_CSVRead(<path>),1}
