Sorry if I didn't explain properly. I ment that I want to modify the JMeter.java file in the org.apache.jmeter package, the one that runs the engine, reads in the jmx files, converts them into hashtrees, and whatnot. My goal is to change it so that I'll be able to read in multiple jmx files in non-gui mode, without having to close off my JMeter run.
