The Regex should probably be:

/Lottery/(.+?)/

Remember that * (and +) are greedy - they won't stop at the first match.
In your case there is another / later on - in </a>

If the (S(xxx)) part can contain slashes, then try:

/Lottery/(.+?)/login\.aspx
