Hi Patrik, at the beginning of testing Jmeter I got the same problem but it was the incorrect proxy-value in the Internet Explorer. Do you use the alternative "Don´t use proxy" in the Internet Explorer proxy-values? These request Jmeter can´t listen.
I run Jmeter.bat with -H proxyservername -P proxyport.
