Not sure I understand that.

The log message you quoted came from jmeter.log (I assume).

It should not affect the data loading.

Have you got a simple example you can share?
If so, please create a Bugzilla issue, and then attach the problem JTL file.
Be sure to describe the steps you took to load the fle.
