You are confusing completely different things. Jmeter makes requests for web pages by sending and receiving http - it doesn't have a clue about rendering the page as it isn't trying to be a web browser but and engine to make lots of parallel http requests.
If you suspect that your website has an issue with client side javascript then you should perform a load test with jmeter and use another totally different tool like rational robot or winrunner to perform your regression tests to capture errors like this. Running tests in parallel like this will enable you to get quality and quantity results. If you don't have these tools to hand consider investigating effort into implementing selenium http://openqa.org/selenium/ Regards Jim Parkins -----Original Message----- From: tere [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 24 March 2006 08:17 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Javascript Validation Problem Is there a way I can still know that my page throwed a javascript popup message? -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Javascript-Validation-Problem-t1315810.html#a35667 41 Sent from the JMeter - User forum at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
