the output looks odd, there should be multiple IP addresses, but I only see
151.98.181.12.

if you're running everything from a single system, you need to start the
server and another instance of jmeter.bat.   If you don't it won't do
anything.  hopefully that makes sense.

are you actually using multiple systems and have you verified you can ping
those systems?
