Probably not.

JMeter is largely a client application talking to servers (or rather
lots of clients). It "knows" how to talk various protocols - HTTP,
FTP, TCP, SOAP, JDBC, JMS etc, but what protocol does Hummingbird
understand?

But in theory you can add a plug-in module to talk to anything.
