you need to look in the jmeter log and see what errors are there.

Unfortunately, my result with the SOAP/XML-RPC sampler is the same as
what I saw for the httpclient and WebService(SOAP) samplers.  Absolutely
nothing at all.  The box went green for a fraction of  second, then grey
again.  No output, no error.  At least with the http request I got an
error :) .
