Most likely JMeter is waiting for the response from the server.

For 20 threads I run the scenario thrice but all the time script did not run completely (1st attempt, 14 threads have been executed out of the 20 threads, 2nd attempt, 16 threads have been executed out of the 20 threads, 3rd attempt, 17threads have been executed out of the 20 threads) while running the load script some how some threads were stuck up no idea what could be the reason?
