Guys,
I am using Jmeter2.2 and sometimes when the number of threads are more or
when i run it for quite some time I get HTTP response code: 302
HTTP response message: Moved Temporarily in the samplers and since Jmeter
is setup to Follow redirects it is trying to redirect to a different page.
By the way I am using HttpRequest HTTP Client. My questions are :
Why is this 302 error happening ?Is there any way out?
The 302 response comes from the server, not JMeter.
What happens if the samplers are set up to "redirect Automatically"?I have
studied the guide but couldnt really understand the difference between the
"Redirect Automatically" and "Follow Redirects". Some explanation might be
helpful in order to diagnose the problem.
Redirect Automatically: done by the http protocol stack
Follow Redirects: these are done by JMeter
