Just check whether you have configured the "CSV Data Set Config" properly. Where the csv file is located. Make sure that path is correct or pase the csv file in the folder where the script is located. Check the following, In the variable name field you are having DATE1,DATE2. The delimiter is "," if you have data in the csv file as dat1,dat2.
