Yes, that works! I hadn't noticed the check box there. That's the global setting I am looking for. Thanks for pointing it out.

I have not tried using that for this purpose, but it does have an option to 'Retrieve All Embedded Resources from HTML Files' option. In theory, this setting should propagate to all your HTTP requests. Hope this helps, Skyler Bingham [EMAIL PROTECTED] (602) 957-1650 x1139 rmiller <[EMAIL PROTECTED] corporation.com> To [email protected] 11/30/2006 05:17 cc PM Subject HTTP Request sampler Please respond to "JMeter Users List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] rta.apache.org> I have a newbie question. It appears that the the HTTP Request sampler does not retrieve embedded resources by default. I presume this is the reason for the check box at the bottom of the control panel, "Retrieve All Embedded Resources from HTML Files," which is unchecked by default. I want to retrive all resources in most of my scripts. Is there a way to have this box checked by default, or a global property to set? I didn't see anything obvious in the jmeter.properties file.
