G'day

I have the problem described by the Archives entry found with the search
term "problem in running distributed testing" i.e. a null pointer exception
in the slave at:

org.apache.jmeter.modifiers.CounterConfig.iterationStart(CounterConfig.java:
74)

The fix / workaround at the time was:

"Thanks for the report - this was due to a bug in de-serialisation.

The nightly build 2-2.20061004 has the fix if you want to try it. "

But there are no nightly builds currently available.

I don't see a report of this bug in known bugs but it presumably isn't in
2.2 since the bug post-dates that release.

Is there any other work around or a way to get the fix ?

.
