I haven't tried this yet, but according to Sebb this may fix it: try adding the following line to httpclient.parameters (in the bin directory):
http.authentication.preemptive$Boolean=true Please post if it fixes the problem. Thanks, Amela On 4/10/07, Richard Gaywood <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I'm definitely seeing, on my JMeter 2.2.20070124 install, that HTTPRequest HTTPClient does not honour a proxy server (passed in via -H -P on the command line) which HTTPRequest does. I have a simple little test plan with two samplers in and I can only see one of them hitting the proxy (in this case, the proxy is an instance of Microsoft Fiddler on my workstation, so it's quite obvious what's going on). Googling has turned up a few threads here that suggest this is a known problem that may be fixed in a later nightly build than the 2.2 release. Does anyone know for sure when or if it was fixed?
