I am attempting to send an HTTP POST request with an empty body using
build r525254.
I have managed this using an HTTP Request sampler with the filename
specified as "" ( quote quote )
I have been trying to use a response assertion to verify the test result
i.e. response code 'equals' 400 with ignore_status.
However JMeter fails on the response assertion with the following:
"Empty example file POST request
HTTP 400 response : Test failed, code expected to equal /
****** received : [[[Non HTTP response code:
java.io.FileNotFoundException]]]
****** comparison: [[[400
]]]
/"
Also when captured with wireshark I can see not one but 4 POST requests
in quick succession. It looks like a bug but I may be doing something
wrong.
