If you can get the data you want out of your sampler and into the JMeter
environment (with one of the post processors, such as the regular expression
extractor) then you can probably get the results into a database with a
second sampler.  Extract the data as above, formulate an update database
transaction out of it, and use the second sampler to send it to the database
where you want to record the results. The presence of the 2nd sampler will
affect the throughput you can obtain in the run but not the response times
you record against the system under test (except where the former affects
the latter).
