If your host has multiple IP addresses, you can use the jmeter property
httpclient.localaddress to choose between them. This only works when using the HttpClient HTTP sampler. I was not able to find how to do this with the Java HTTP Sampler, but I suppose it may be possible. I don't think you can fake an IP address that does not exist on the source host. By the way, a server application that requires different IPs for different users will most likely fail when there is a firewall or proxy involved. S. Is it possible to configure JMeter to make each user appear to have a unique IP (virtual IP)?
