how to simulate a whole website visit?

Hi all
  I'm trying to simulate the visit of a website. What's the best way to
simulate?

  e.g. My site's log tells me:
  every second,
     gateway, 21 visits
     news page, 28 visits
     login page, 2 pages
     account info page, 4 visits.

What's the best way for a test plan? all in one thread grroup, or using
several thread group, and each with a "Constant Throughput Timer"?
