Is parIntId a JMeter variable that is set in the previous regular expression
extractor? If so, I read in a recent post that JMeter runs the post
processors in reverse order (I believe this will change in a future
version). So, you would need to reverse the order of your post processors.
Also the regex you have doesn't look quite right. I would expect something
like ${parIntId}=([0-9]+)
