Sorry for the delay in responding.

You can get some information on what is happening by setting on DEBUG
logging for the parser:

-Ljmeter.protocol.http.modifier.AnchorModifier=DEBUG

Note that the matching routine uses the URL from Sampler B as a
regular expression.

I have been attempting to use HTML Link Parser to vary input on an html
select field. I have:

- Http Sampler A
- Http Sampler B
 - HTML Link Parser

In Http Sampler B the parameter has .* as a value. I expected that it would
parse the form/parameter from Http Sampler A, pick a value at random, and
replace the .* But instead of this it sends .* as the value in the request.

Am I doing this wrong?

Thanks,

Matt C.
