The boolean expression functionality was added in Bug 41253:

I'm trying to assert that there is one address in the returned results. I believe I might have the wrong syntax for the XPATH Assertion Dialog. The XPATH expression validates but I still get a false in the run result. There is only one address element according to the View Results Tree.
