Hi users! I'm using JMEter to test the performance of different mapserver an have some problems in understanding the sending of parallel requests.
Example * 10 threads * ramp-up period of 0 * a duration of 60 sec. * a single thread is handled in e.g 4 sec The processor can only handle 1 thread at once, so that the following threads are handled slower than the once befor. Question: What happens, when the first 10 threads are handled befor the 60 sec testing time are over? When will the next thread start, respectively when will the next 10 parallel threads be send?
