Hi Neeraj,

The problem that u r facing is because the web application might be
running on the same port as the one which u have used as the proxy port in ur
web browser.
The solution lies in changing the proxy port number in both web browser and
http proxy server to a port number other than the port in which ur application
runs.

For example, if ur web application runs on say 8080,use a different proxy port
number like 9080.Do not forget to change the port number in the HTTP proxy
server!

Even I faced the same problem before!!:-)

Thanks and Regards,

Subject: Recording with Http Proxy Server //

[Hye Freinds]

I am facing problems related to recording via a Jmeter Proxy Server //
The problem is when I am placing proxy's IP (Localhost or other) in the LAN
Settings of the IE, I cannot access the Web Application through the Browser
//
Actually the Web Application is accessible only if I select Automatic Detect
Settings //

Now, How can I Record the Navigation of my Web Application by using the
Proxy Server //
