You need to do Browser -> proxy to JMeter Proxy -> proxy to corporate proxy.
You need to tell JMeter to use the corporate proxy: http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter/usermanual/get-started.html#proxy_server You can then start the JMeter proxy, and set the browser to use JMeter as the proxy. To run the plan, JMeter needs to be told to use the corporate proxy. This assumes that the site you are testing is only accessible via the corporate proxy.
