Thanks. How do I stop the test when I am running it through the CMD prompt? Do I just close the CMD window?

You can set up a script with a delay of 2 hours in a loop. Once a test has started, JMeter runs it to completion. But you can use the OS facilities to run JMeter in non-GUI mode every 2 hours.
