Hello Jack, the question is do Oracle Forms respond to HTTP Requests? If not 
there are work-a-rounds such as BeanShell, AccessLog and the like. It depends 
on what you are trying to do. Can you redirect the form output to a proxy or 
some type of socket server such that the data can be processed as needed? In 
all-likelihood you will have to wait for one of the JMeter gurus to respond.
