It should already do that.

Works fine for me. I tried

User Param:
Name: SFFUP
Value: ${__StringFromFile(csvdata.csv)}

Java Request:
Label:  SFF=${__StringFromFile(csvdata.csv)} SFFUP=${SFFUP}

Perhaps there is a problem in the way your Java Sampler retrieves the id?
