Sebb,
Thanks for the reply, I have the file on my windows PC in D:\LROWS_edit.wsdl
I have tried the following:

file://D:/LROWS_edit.wsdl
file://D:\LROWS_edit.wsdl
file:///D:/LROWS_edit.wsdl
file:///D:\LROWS_edit.wsdl

 and
D:///LROWS_edit.wsdl
D://LROWS_edit.wsdl

All with the same error message of "the WSDL was not valid ..."? :(

WSDL file from my local hard drive if i don't have if available via a URL?? I
imagine I don't even need to use this feature to create a soap request but it
does make filing out some of the fields easier.? So if i can load the wsdl from
my hard drive somehow that would be nice.
