Thx sebb.  I just converted to xml logs instead and will use that until
performance becomes an issue :)  Interesting in xml, they thought enough
to remove the commas in times where commas would be legit regardless,
but not in csv :)

Yes, this is a known bug 43584.

This has been fixed in SVN.
+Assertion fixed messages don't contain commas CSV files now support 
+embedded delimiters.

In the meantime, I'm afraid you'll need to edit the CSV files.
