JMeter does not examine or update the contents of any files it sends. If there are not many different versions of the file, then you could create them in advance, and upload a different file for each different entry.
Otherwise, you may perhaps be able to use the SOAP/XML-RPC sampler - it does not have to be used with a SOAP server.
