As far as I can recall, it has not been logged as a bug. But you can
check Bugzilla to be sure:

Raise a bug on Bugzilla.

Attach copies of the jmeter log file, and the test plan. Note that
Bugzilla is public so you should disguise any sensitive parts of the
test plan (unless debug is on the log is probably OK).
