I just tried taking a copy of SleepTest and renaming it as
FunctionEvaluator - that worked fine in the current trunk build.

It also worked fine when I created the class and added it to lib/ext
in a jar file using JMeter 2.3.2. There must be a problem with the jar
or the class.
